Freeview HD gives you subscription-free HD channels BBC1, BBC HD, ITV, Ch4 – in addition up to 100* Freeview channels in SD.

BBC HD with nine hours of programmes daily, including the best of the BBC's programmes in HD:

• Landmark factual programmes like Nature's Great Events.

• Hit dramas such as Dr Who and Hustle.

• Great children's favourites like In the Night Garden.

• Entertainment and comedy programmes including Strictly Come Dancing.

• Plus, of course, events like Glastonbury or sport such as Wimbledon and the 2019 World Cup.

• ITV1 HD brings you the ITV 1 schedule you love, but now in high definition. Some shows will be broadcast in full HD.

Whereas others will be Remastered to give you sharper, more explicit pictures in HD. So, with epic TV moments like Britain's Got Talent, The X Factor, Champions League and World Cup football, plus a few all-time favourites like The Bill and Corrie, it's an excellent HD lineup.

4HD will be available in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, shortly with viewers in Wales able to see an HD version of S4C Digital. The service will include HD films, plus a mix of UK and US shows such as Big Brother, Desperate Housewives, Hollyoaks and Shameless, and the best documentaries, current affairs and music on Channel 4.
